im just purchase STM-32-107 for Ethernet, but as i connect it come to know that it has no crystal of 50 Mhz assembled.
is it possible to run Ethernet without Crystal oscillator or i have to assembled?
please give suggestions.

If not fitted (and it's shown NA (= not assembled) on schematic) then you can be pretty sure it's not needed.
After at least 4 revs and some years people would've reported it missing but needed by now :)
