Hello there.
where i can find OlinuXino A13 board Bill of material?,
i did'nt find any in olimex github repositories

Each component is listed in the schematic and board files. When you open the sources in eagle, type in the bar "run BOM" or use the export menu.

but can i know what is actually NA value capacitor/resistor?

like this

NA means "Not Assembled". The component is not placed at all by design.

Some components are not placed and their pads are provided usually as an option for the customers (if you decide you need a component there). It depends on each occurrence of such component. Some are not placed since they are redundant, some are not placed since they change the behavior of this part of the design, etc.
