I have just installed the TCP/IP stack and the demo zip file found on the pic-p67j60 product homepage. My problem is that I cannot find the webpage source files for the default webpage i.e. index.htm, index.cgi.
I can only find a ready built web page i.e filename.bin
Where can I find these files? I intend to use them as a first "hello world" project

Thank you for bringing this issue up. You were correct the web page sources were missing! This ,I guess, was due to exporting the project from the MPLab's interface.
The source files have now been added in the archive.
