The wiced development platform comes with 0.9.0.
I'm using the build command "valve-BCM94343W_AVN JTAG=Olimex_ARM-USB-TINY-H download download_apps run"
I get the following:

I have Zadig installed and get different errors in the log file for the libusb-win32 and winusb drivers.
