But I can not find the description of registers to work with H264.
In which direction should I go?
It will be hard.
Main sources are datasheets and search the net. Read any code if you can find any.
Consider paying Allwinner for help - it will be very expensive.
If this looks unattractive then choose another chip family (non-Allwinner).
