I like the creative design :)

I'm wondering if you did some temperature measurements, with and without the heatsink. I don't think you can use the heatsink as a "handwarmer", as you can do when using an Intel processor ;)

I didn't do any mesurements. Top of the box was hot, and I decided to reduce heat.

IMHO the heat pipe is a bit overkill, a small block of a solid copper and an aluminium heatsing from an old Skt370/SktA CPU cooler mounted on top of the box should be enought for A20, with bonus of greater mechanical rigidity and nicer look.

Yes, heatpipe is too too much, but it was what i have at the moment.
