Check some output pins of the PIC32MX795F512H.
I suspect I have a hardware issue with my SD card interface after I noticed a small spark on teh board when I made a glitch with
A pincet tool.

Hello Alex,
In my opinion you don't need an oscilloscope to know if it is still working or not. I would not dare anyway to measure directly on the processor. If you tell what is happening or what is not happening on your Duinomite we can help you maybe.
