Title: A10 (20?) Board not booting.
Post by: Dutchdoc on February 10, 2015, 11:52:11 PM
Greetings,

I ordered the A10 Lime. Got a board that SAYS A10 on the silk screen, but has an A20.
I created an SD card with the pre-built 3.40.90-release-3 image.
Hooked up a monitor through HDMI.
Hooked up a 'serial to USB' cable to UART0 and powered up the device.
I see a red LED (power ok, I assume), one blinking yellow LED (next to USB connector) and Ethernet connector LED's are on/flashing.
There's nothing on the HDMI monitor, and the UART0 (through TeraTerm) only shows:

U-Boot SPL 2014.04-10675-g44b53fd (May 23 2014 - 13:02:55)
Board: A10-OLinuXino-Lime
DRAM:

Nothing more, nor can I type in anything.

What am I missing?

Thanks for any help ...

~ Paul

a10lime a20lime and a20lime2 all need different images, maybe you have to try which one works for your board.

That was my confusion: Is an A10 board with an A20 considered an 'A10' or an 'A20'?
But you were right .. the proof is in the pudding: I just tried the A20-Lime version, and that one worked.
Thanks!
