I realy do need an working example of UDP for this board. Olimex example does not work.

search ST site for STSW-STM32026. It's a lwIP stack for STM32F processors that has several examples.

I believe that you can refer stm32cubef4 package. STM324xG_EVAL examples work on E407 well.
