How can I following ongoing development of the 3.x kernel drivers for the imx233 devices still not complete? Are there any repositories or mailing lists to check?

Good source is https://patchwork.kernel.org. imx23 related patches are at https://patchwork.kernel.org/project/linux-arm-kernel/list/. For now, missing TV out and audio driver.
