i use A20-OLinuXino-MICRO Debian with kernel 3.4.90+ release 8 (https://www.olimex.com/wiki/images/d/de/A20_OLinuxino_Micro_debian_34_90_release_8.torrent) image in my A20 hdmi stick .
i have problems with connecting to internet .
i trying this way How to configure MOD-RTL8188 on official OLinuXino Debian releases (https://www.olimex.com/wiki/How_to_configure_MOD-RTL8188_on_official_OLinuXino_Debian_releases) not work , then i trying another way : find my wifi router via iwlist , connect to it via iwconfig , setup ip configuration manualy . no different .
i can't make ping to gateway , internet not working
else : how i can connect 3g usb modem ? dmesg write what modem is ttyUSB0 and ttyUSB1 .
Is your default route configured? (try pasting the output of the command route). Can you ping the gateway?

i use usb wifi router huawei e586 .
dhclient sometime is work . But ping to the gateway not work .
On my ubuntu deskop i can connect via usb and use dhclient and all work . deskop call it wwan0 .
On android wifi is working .
Maybe try another wifi ? Can i connect to wifi from android tablet in hotspot mode ?
I will try connect more .
Howewer , why debian connect manager is not working?
3g modem can connect via wvdial i. now i write from my Hdmi stick :) . thank you for wvdial
but wifi still is not working (
