Does anyone know if the Olimex MOD-USB3G will work with the "Chan_dongle" asterisk module?

Self posted update, the MOD-USB3G dongle appears as an E1750 (ATI out below).

It appears to be capable of voice:
AT^CVOICE=?
^CVOICE(0,1)
But the response to the CVOICE query is not as expected, showing that it is enabled (see below) but its missing the other params such as rate etc so it is not working with chan_dongle.
