Is there any Solution to Erase the whole Chip?
With the normal command "erase full" in IAR it doesnt work, i think its because he has protected areas for the flasloader.
Is there another way to set the Chip back in his original status?

Try asking IAR how their product works / can do that.
You normally only want to erase the parts a user is expected to erase, not everything, of course.
