Hello, I have just got this board and have been having some problems with it after some research online i cannot find anyone with a similar issue and so I thought i would start a thread.
Every time I try to log into the board it blacks out and turns off i have managed to autologin as root however anytime i need to use root privileges the board black out and shuts off, i have tried with original Olimex Debian system R1 Distro then the recent R2 Debian distro from the wiki and the problem is persistent over both distros, I cannot ssh into the board or it blacks out and shuts off however i can ping too and from the board so the net card is up and working, i thought this was a gui issue so I removed slim and X11-common from /etc/rc2.d/ and booted directly into tty1 however this made no difference, I have checked all logs for error reports or anything which should not be there however found nothing; the logs shut off directly before the blackout giving me no feedback as to whats going on.

Got it fixed, was a dodgy power supply
