I ordered two A13 boards and a cable on 5/10, shipped by FedEx and still waiting for the package. I live in UK. I sent an email to Olimex by info@olimex.com but there is no reply. Does anyonne know how long to receive the package or how can I contact them for a tracking number?

do you have order number? As I can't see neither unanswered e-mails neither pending non-shipped orders, so my guess is that you didn't completed your order on the web
anyway this forum is not best place to ask for the status of your order
if you have valid e-mail you should have no problems to send e-mail to info or support @ olimex.com with your question
