Does anyone know where I might find a pcb footprint (or even a detailed mechanical schematic of the package), and the pinout for the arm 926 J processor? There is a pcb file on the Olimex iMX233 page under hardware, but I can't open it with Orcad or Eagle.

I am using Eagle 6.4 with no problem with olimex sch/brd files. There is TQFP128LD footprint for iMX233.
If you are looking for BGA version, probably you need to design footprint from scratch.
