As stated above:
- a complete factory made LCD7 + touchscreen with both parts joined professionally together
- a matching plastic/metal front bezel for the same to be purchased with or without a screen
- a tablet size enclosure specific to 7" or 10" expected to be available really soon [when?] :)

Mind you that in both cases LCD screens are capacitive and thinner than olimex LCD7 but what I'm asking for does not have to be as "sophisticated". Just very plain front bezel with some kind of plastic latches/hooks that holds the touchscreen as described elsewhere in A13 section by David in his attempt to create one.
