Title: PIC-WEB erase/write cycles
Post by: bobdole on May 10, 2013, 08:35:28 PM
What is the max amount of times you can program the PIC-WEB board via ICSP.
According to pic18f67J60 microchip datasheet its only 100 erase/write cycles.

Hey bobdole,

100 writes/erases is the absolute minimum and 1000 cycles is the typical life(but in proper conditions it might reach more). You should check the table on page 441 of the datasheet : http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/39762f.pdf (http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/39762f.pdf). Param No. D130 is the one to look for.

Best regards,
Lub/OLIMEX
