Hello,
Does anyone know are there clamp (overvoltage protection) diodes in i.mx233 digital I/O circuit? I mean, is is acceptable to apply high voltage (>3.6V) to these inputs provided the current is small enough?
I couldn't find anything on this in i.mx233 datasheet.
