Is it possible to activate TV output?

I'm not sure I understan your question, the TV ouput is working with the 2.6.35 kernel image (first listed) here https://www.olimex.com/wiki/IMX233#Software

the experimental 3.x kernel still have no TV output if this is what you ask, if you want TV output use 2.6.35

I've an original 2.6 kernel released by Freescale with perfectly working TV out, get it from here:
