Title: A20 vs A20-H
Post by: yanko on July 10, 2023, 08:09:36 PM
Hi everyone - I'm working on my own board based on the Olimex A20 board. It's fairly similar but I cut off a lot of components/functionalities I don't need.

It seems like the Allwinner chips are fairly unknown/undocumented and I can't seem to find the difference between the regular A20 and the A20-H I found on LCSC (link (https://www.lcsc.com/product-detail/Microcontroller-Units-MCUs-MPUs-SOCs_Allwinner-Tech-A20-H_C2935788.html)).

Does anyone know the difference? thanks

There is no difference just change in naming convention. Allwinner changed the labelling. New batches of A20 chips that we ordered came with the A20-H marking too.

It is the same for A64 chips which are now labelled as A64-H.

Good to know, thanks! Also, I don't understand a specific symbol in the schematic. Can I ask here or should I open a new topic?
