I apologize if this has already been answered. Couldn't find it in the forum.

The AXP209 appears to come in a QFN package. Are the pins still accessible for soldering via soldering iron or is a heat gun required?

QFN 0.4 mm step IC will be quite art-work to solder with soldering iron
