Title: How do I use usb mouse and usb keyboard in A20-olnuxino-micro?
Post by: alex824 on December 14, 2016, 09:38:53 AM
Hi:
I am a beginner in linux embedded system. I bought a A20-olnuxino-mirco board, but I did not buy touch lcd. Because it's expensive
for me. So I want to use VGA lcd for A2O-olnuxino-mirco board. Can I plug usb mouse and  usb keyboard into the board and using when the board running linux system? If it is right way, should I do? Should I makeconfig kernel to enable mouse and keyboard module and load the new image to the board? or modification the startup file to load the modules when system up? or I do not do anything?

Waiting For Your Reply ,thanks very much!

Yes that is the way to do it, you don't have to change or compile anything if you use the images provided by Olimex

I use a mouse and a keyboard purchased using a tax free us address for forwarding provided by shipw.com (https://www.shipw.com/) with mine and had no problem with drivers.
