I have downloaded and written the official image, but when i try to start the micro board, i get only black screen..
i don't understand what to do..

You can try to connect from 3.3V UART (FTDI232 or CP210x or etc) and obtain usual Linux terminal.

speed 9600 or 115200 (I do not remember), no praity and 1 stop bit

also from terminal you can work with bootloader.

Try 115200.
