I would like to know where I can change contraste and light intensité on debian system ?

You can change the light intensity by modifing PWM (see https://www.olimex.com/forum/index.php?topic=3475.msg14704#msg14704 (https://www.olimex.com/forum/index.php?topic=3475.msg14704#msg14704)), but the LCD itself cannot change the contrast (see https://www.olimex.com/forum/index.php?topic=3128.msg13081 (https://www.olimex.com/forum/index.php?topic=3128.msg13081)). You may emulate it in software (as the LCD monitors do), though.
