Hi,
I'm testing the VGA output of the A20-OLinuXino-MICRO (I've bought the A20-VGA-CABLE), and I'm having problems with the colors. It looks like it lacks a bit of red, something similar to what happens when you have a faulty VGA cable:

As reference, this is how it looks with HDMI:

I've tried with various cables and monitors with identical result. Is this something expected, or is there something wrong with my board and/or A20-VGA-CABLE?
Thanks!
The VGA adapter works fine here.

Thanks for the feedback, I suppose I should request a replacement.
Hey slp,
To me it seems more like red and blue are somehow tied together.
The VGA output is tested on a VGA monitor with a color recognition table on the screen but anything can happen after a board is shipped.
From the information you have provided so far, I think the problem might be:
1. In the VGA monitor (probable short-circuit near the VGA connector).
2. In the VGA adapter cable (probable short-circuit of blue and red signal lines).
3. In the A20 board (probable short-circuit of blue and red signal lines).
Best regards,

Hello.
I know it's been a long time since you created this post and sorry to bring it up.
I am having trouble to connect my VGA cable into my Olinuxino.
Could you explain to me how you did it?
When I connect my Onlinuxino to my monitor via VGA I get only a black screen with a white cross on the center.
I tried to use the change_display script but it doesn't resolve my problem.
Thank you.
