Title: problem with gspca_sonixj linux driver

i use a hercule optical glass webcam (Bus 002 Device 004: ID 06f8:3008 Guillemot Corp) with mencoder for recording but it crash after many seconds , here is the kernel crash log

i use a 3.4.67+ built using the blog instruction to include gspca_sonixj driver (for the webcam) and the latest camera
do i need to report this problem to sunxi ?
