Title: Connecting USB GPS (Navilock NL-402U) to A13 on Android
Post by: Lasse on November 08, 2013, 01:16:38 AM
Hello Guys,
I have a running Android on my Olimex A13 without WiFi/Nand. Now I like to connect a GPS Receiver, which is working totally fine under Ubuntu 12.04 x86 Desktop. In dmesg log it says

<6>[ 1144.720469] usb 2-1.2: new full speed USB device number 4 using sw-ehci
<6>[ 1144.841735] init: waitpid returned pid 1094, status = 00007e00
<3>[ 1144.847607] init: untracked pid 1094 exited

But now I am a bit lost since the "normal" environment like lsusb etc. is not available on Android. What should I do to bring up this GPS for using it with Android? I am not a newbie with Linux itself, but I havent done anything so hardware related before.

best regards
Lasse
