My question is whether replacement TS elements could be made available for the smaller and larger screens.

We don't sell TS separately for the 4.3'' display. This is mainly because the supplier we work with doesn't sell the 4.3'' TS separately.
We have plans to also release a 15.6 inch display (1366x768) soon which would be sold without TS (due to the price of the 15 inch TS).
