Hello,
I've purchase the UART to USB cable.
It is not recognize on Windows XP or 7 x32 ?
Is there a driver for these OS ?

the connection is good ?
Blue = GND
RX0 = Green
TX0 = RED

The FAQ tells you how to connect, and the Driver link will download the driver (32/64bit)
