Title: A few requirements before buying OLinuXino
Post by: ZuLuuuuuu on September 04, 2013, 01:58:53 PM
Hello,

I need to be sure that OLinuXino meets our requirements before buying it:

1) Did anybody get Kinect camera depth/rgb input via libfreenect? (Raspberry Pi cannot handle Kinect input) If yes, did you need to use powered USB hub?
2) Can it output 1080p output without any hacking? (Beaglebone Black and pcDuino cannot)
3) Can it output 24 bit color? (Beaglebone Black cannot)
4) Did anybody use Mono runtime environment on OLinuXino? We had difficulty using Mono on PandaBoard since it does not support hard floating point ABI and the only stable OS we were able to install onto PandaBoard was hardfp. You can test if Mono runs correctly by checking the DateTime. Now output which should give the correct date and time instead of illogical numbers.
