what is the maximum voltage that the I/O pins can tolerate?

io pins voltage is 3.3v

a digital logic HIGH is at least 2.4v as per specs (but 1.8v should be ok)

io pin current is not defined so probably you would not want to drive even a led directly, and use only for logic signals
