For what it can be used then?
I've bought it but totally not understand where to flash the OS

You need micro SD card. You prepare the micro SD card via card reader/writer and personal computer (some laptops have built-in SD card writer). The software to download to the card is free - my recommendation is to start with the base Olimage Linux image. Refer to the Olimage Linux guide for detailed step-by-step instructions:
