Allwinner V3s seems like a good SoC for an i.MX233/A13 successor board:

Some highlights:
- hacker-friendly 128-pin eLQFP package
- Cortex A7 up to 1.2 GHz
- 64 MB DDR2 integrated
- 10/100M Ethernet PHY
- 1080p@30fps H.264 encoding and decoding
yet another SoC with no software support, why to bother?
And 64MB would mean reduced functionality OS.
