Hi Sir/Madam
I am using A13-OlinuXino Wifi (Rev c) . I burned in the android image for interfacing LCD-TS downloaded from the olinex site. It booted perfectly in LCD. But my touch screen is not working. I am stuck at screen calibration . where a circle is shown and i am asked to tap. While i touch nothing happens. I have connected the touch screen to the board.
Please help me to make my touch screen work !!

from the pictures you sent to support@olimex.com is seen that you put the reverse side of the touchpanel on top of your LCD so this is the reason it doesn't detect your touch, the touch panel active surface should be touched not the back side of the panel

Hello biniyas,

The image needed is https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B-bAEPML8fwleXBMellGdWJ3RUk.

If the screen doesn't register your taps please ensure:

1. The TS component (touch screen panel with a connector) is plugged properly to the controller. The metallic part (the exposed part) of the connector must be facing towards the board at the small connector in the bottom right corner of the board.

2. The TS display itself is not rotated. It is possible to connect the display correctly to the controller but to turn it upside down.

3. Load the image again using LiveSuite - sometimes it is possible to corrupt the NAND flash - usually when the board gets powered off while doing memory operations. To prevent this from further happening power down the board only after you have turned it off using the Android/Linux interface.

Check this screenshot of proper connection of the display: http://i.imgur.com/hDXs5xF.jpg
