Hello,
We are carrying out a project using ESP32-POE-ISO rev.D in an environment with an average temperature of 20ÂșC approximately. The PCB is located inside a plastic box powered by POE and we have detected in one of the boards that the coil located between the two POE power supply capacitors of the PCB is completely detached from the solder pads (as you can see in the attached images). The PCB has not suffered any hit or vibration as it is installed on a table without any kind of movement.
I would like to know what could be the cause of this.

Thank you in advance.
Kind regards.

Hard to say what caused it. Some serious incident during manufacturing probably, this component is soldered by a machine, it is not hand-soldered. Also both sides to fail - very, very rare incident, probably unique. I would say it is single isolated case.
