I just purchased the A13-OLinuXino board with LCD and touchscreen.  I've used LiveSuit to update the firmware to sun5i_android_a13-evb_800x480_LCD_EN_SD.img.

Sorry, i fixed the paste...  Wrong part

I connected to UART1 to see what is going on.  I get to the following, and the board hangs after:

android image have power safe mode, if you do not touch anything for a while it goes to power down mode as any normal tablet to save it's battery

I reverted back to the VGA firmware and it works well.
I've reprogrammed the image with LCD support and it boots but I'm not seeing anything on the display.
The backlight turns on then back off again.
I have a shell via the UART and I can see what processes are running, etc.
Anyone else have something similar happen to them?

found the problem, the lcd connector's clip was loose enough to cause a bad connection!  After re-seating it all is well...  Doh!
