I need to interface this development board with MPU-6050EVB via I2C,
Is this possible? Are there any DEMO example for this?
Also I checked the product sheet, it mentions connectivity via I2C, but does not convince me.

Would like to ask does it support USB debugging and programming via CCSTUDIO 5.5?
as it has a USB_Dev port on it...

In MSP430-5438STK we haven't provided a way to access the MSP430 bootstrap loader easily (via USB). However, to use the bootstrap loader is not that hard if you follow the recommendation documentation of the microcontroller (page 17 of the datasheet: http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/msp430f5438.pdf (http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/msp430f5438.pdf)) and the CCS documentation (that contains info how to set: http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slau157z/slau157z.pdf (http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slau157z/slau157z.pdf)).

Yes. It works with any debugger that uses the standard msp430.dll. We sell compatible debuggers also.
