OLIMEXINO-32U4 should work with any Arduino shields both 3.3V and 5V
we never try the shields you link but there should be no problem
thanks for the reply and one further question can i do this with this board?
and i can program this board olimexino 32u4 with this program?
Hello,
some people have tried using a leonardo as ISP for a ATtiny45 here: http://arduino.cc/forum/index.php?topic=118090.0 , but we have never tried it with a 32u4.
The olimexino 32u4 comes pre-programmed with a bootloader out of the box; the arduino IDE connects to the bootloader via a USB cable and uploads your code.

Maria
