We use a A20 Som module with the mainline kernel 4.4.
After starting an audio (headphone) output e.g. speaker-test -twav -c2 the first second of the stream is missing. Around 5 seconds at the end of the stream you can hear a click.
If your restart the stream with in this 5 seconds nothing is missing at the beginning of the stream.
restarting it after the 5 seconds the first second is again missing.
Has anyone and idea what's causing this effect and how to controll it ?

We do not have mainline kernel 4.4 image, so I guess you did something by yourself or downloaded some not tested images from the net.
