I've got 4pcs A64-OLinuXino-1G boards (rev.D). All the boards are missing power to the USB-port. Data signals are good and everything is working if I'm using powered USB-hub. OTG-port is working normally.
Voltage regulator (U9, SY6280AAC) for the port needs enable signal (USB1-DRV in the schematic) to the pin 4 to turn on. This signal stays low and regulator stays off.
Enable signal for the OTG-port regulator is high as expected.
Is this software or hardware problem? And how to fix it?

The latest release of A64 images are not yet stable. In order to rule out software problem can you also test with these two older images:
ftp://staging.olimex.com/Allwinner_Images/a64-olinuxino/linux/1.latest_images/bionic/images/
Let me know how it goes.
I tried with
ftp://staging.olimex.com/Allwinner_Images/a64-olinuxino/linux/1.latest_images/bionic/images/Armbian_5.92.1_Olinuxino-a64_Ubuntu_bionic_next_5.2.5_desktop.7z
USB is working normally with that image. Thank you.
Thank you for the update, I've notified the developers in order to resolve it in the Olimage image.
