Does the Olinuxino A13 WiFi has 5V tolerant inputs among its GPIO pins?

I don't think that there is any.

Use a simple voltage divider to divide 5 V to 3.3 V.

If you can use an open collector type of driver to drive the input pin, connect a 1 k - 10 k resistor between 3.3 V on the board and the GPIO pin.
