Will there be a CE declaration of conformity so the board can be used in products?

As the board is intended to be only a component part of a bigger system surely the answer is no - but maybe I don't understand this so see if Olimex have another answer.

Well events have it build in it still must comply to the CE directives (you can not ignore the rules here and say in the bigger part they are ok).

Other components like DC/DC convertors, ... are also CE labeled (or letter of compliance) for EMC and RoHS (these are the only 2 ones that apply) or if not labeled on the device that have a letter of conformity (obligatory).

So it would be great to have it since it is a great board to build in.

Our development boards have passed no certifications. It had been explained many times in this forum. For example, here: https://www.olimex.com/forum/index.php?topic=6102.msg25111#msg25111
