RS-485 communication module TL100

The TL100 modules communication module transfers data over unshielded twisted pair with

speed of 100 kbps. TL100 are designed as LAN node with several digital inputs and outputs. 

Up to 4096 devices can operate in free or bus topology Local Area Network. 



There are two types of TL100 modules:

	- TL100P uses the same twisted pair to carry the data signal and the power supply for

	  the modules in the LAN;

	- TL100T is transformer-isolated module. Each node have own power supply.



TL100 modules are suitable for industry / home automation and security systems.



Simple Plug-in modules can be connected to TL100:



	- access control module

	- relay outputs

	- switch inputs

	- dimmer outputs

	- DTMF phone dialer

	- communication amplifier (for longer distances)

	- bridge to PL100 node



The LAN communication is protected by code hopping authorisation. Every of the Plug-ins

could be configurated remotely in the LAN.
