so you avoid the beginners errors which may increase your order price.
Your PCB files (quoted in our TECHNICAL
INFO web page) should be ZIP-ed in one file and sent to: fastpcb@olimex.com
Upon the reciept of the files we are reviewing them and checking for DRC errors
for drill sizes, minimum tracks/spaces etc.
If your files meet our requirements you will receive purchase order form confirming
that your order is accepted. If you don't receive reply in 24 hours your e-mail
may be not received or caught in SPAM filter so please re-send your files again.
Your order will be proceed further when we receive back the purchase order form
completely filled and signed. We confirm by e-mail the PO form receipt in 24
hours, if you don't receive e-mail confirmation in 24 hours please don't send
your PO again to avoid order duplication, just ask by e-mail.
Card payment: we accept Visa, Eurocard,
Mastercard, JCB.
We can't charge Visa electron and Maestro cards
Paypal: we accept payments by Paypal, due to the high Paypal service
charges, payments by Paypal will be subject to additional 5% service charge.
Western Union: we accept Western Union payments
Bank transfer: we accept bank transfer payments, but note that due to
the high cost of sending and accepting bank trasnfers all orders paid by bank
transfer are subject to EUR 30.00 bank handling
fee
Cheques, bankers drafts: we accept cheques and banker drafts only
if they are issued by Bulgarian banks
Cash-on-delivery: we can't ship with such payment option
Accounts/organization's purchase orders: we have over 15 000 active customers
and to keep our administration costs low we can't offer accounts for customers
with less than EUR 3000.00 netto purchase per month, so please don't send us
your companies' POs until you got approved account ID from us
IMPORTANT
If you are first time customer wanting to pay by credit card and your order
comes from anonymous e-mail as GMAIL, HOTMAIL, YAHOO, EXCITE, ALTAVISTA, INAME,
USA.NET or any other which allows free and anonymously e-mail account to be
created, you will be subject to cardholder verification procedure and your card
first will be charged with small random amount under EUR 1.00 then to proceed
further we'll expect you to tell us what amount exactly have been charged on
the card.

NOTE1: Airmail shipment is post service
done by registered airmail, which is released only upon signature of the receiver
(although in some countries postmans are too lazy and just drop it in your post
box). When you order delivery by airmail you should be aware that it have not
fixed time for delivery. The normal delivery time is 1 week to most European
destinations and 2 weeks to the rest of the world, but may take longer time
as well. When you order is shipped by airmail it can't be traced, if you need
prompt delivery consider EMS or FedEx shipping. We ship thousands of parcels
by airmail every month and for the last 7 years there is only one confirmed
case for lost shipment, but when you order delivery by airmail you should be
aware that this is not insured service and after the shipment Olimex will be
not responsible if your parcel is not delivered, lost or stolen from your post
box.
NOTE2: Dear Italian friends, the Italian post seems to be the worst post service we have been in contact so far. While airmail parcels to most of European countries arrive within 1-2 weeks, we have several cases already when parcels to Italy are delaed with 3-4 weeks and more. We have parcel shipped by EMS to Italy on 23/12/2005 which was delivered on 13/01/2006 our local EMS service see in their system that the parcel left Bulgaria on 24/12/2005 with flight to Italy. So please be advised that shipping is behind our control. What we can do is to handle and ship your order on-time, after this you are at Italian post mercy.
